The Asian Culinary Skills Enhancement and Kitchen Management is a training module designed for chefs, cooks, kitchen staff and other food service personnel. The program is aimed at enhancing their culinary skills from the basic principles of cookery to asian cuisine preparation such as Japanes, Korean, and Chinese foods.

Being offered by LCCB, the 20-hour program includes lectures and "hands-on and on-site" demonstrations which will be conducted in restaurants in Bacolod City and resorts in Negros Occidental.

The module wil equip the participants with a strong culinary foundation. It will provide them with fundamental skills in food preparation, grooming and appearance, personal hygiene and safty, the favorable work ethics. Likewise, it will promote efficiency and increase teh level of productivity.

Reosrt-clients aregivent the option to undergo either an in-school or resort-based training.

Expectedly, the program will boost the image of the resort or food establishment that availed of the training for its culinary and kitchen personnel as it enjoys a "winning edge" over its competitors for having a professionally trained working staff.
